Conference Publications
Dear Authors for submitting a paper to the MicroTherm conference you have to register in our system. Registration can be made for one of the following sections: a paper for the regular session, a paper for the student session, a paper for the COST session (RenewPV), a submission for the “science-business” session, conference participation only (without paper submission).
Traditionally, the two forms of the conference publications will be possible. The Conference Proceedings are going to be published as a book of extended abstracts and distributed at the Conference. Next, the extended papers, after additional review process, are going to be submitted to different journals.
The postconference articles are to be published as regular papers in Microelectronics Engineering and Opto-Electronics Review.
The authors of Microtherm 2025 should pay attention to the main following rules:
- Original, previously unpublished papers, and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference, with scientific and technical contributions, are expected.
- Papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of three (3) printed pages including figures for regular papers.
- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism.
- Papers have to be formatted in the conference proceedings layout on A4 paper according to Template.
