FEES
EARLY BIRD CONFERENCE FEES (until May 23, 2025)

- Student Fee: 460 € (1950 PLN)
- Accompanying Person Fee: 230 € (975 PLN)
STANDARD CONFERENCE FEES
- Regular Fee: 750 € (3225 PLN)
- Student Fee: 500 € (2150 PLN)
- Accompanying Person Fee: 250 € (1075 PLN)
- ReNewPV sessions Fee: 250 € (1075 PLN)
The conference Fee covers the cost of participation in the conference (attendance at all planned sessions, lunches, coffee breaks), the cost of conference materials, and the cost of participation in additional events (Welcome
party, Gala dinner, Excursion).
Accompanying Person Fee covers the cost of participation in additional events (Welcome party, Gala dinner, Excursion).
ReNewPV sessions Fee covers the cost of participation in ReNewPV sessions under the auspices of COST (online or on-site) on the third day of the conference.
The fee does not include accommodation.
